My Terms Of Service

NOTE: If you do not agree to my TOS then I will not do any commissions for you.1. Please keep in mind that my art is ever improving. Due to this my art may not always look the same as the examples in my portfolio, thus I ask that you familiarize yourself with my art before commissioning me.2. You must let me know if you're intending to use my art for personal or commercial use. Commercial rights will be 100% of the base cost of the commission, so $20 for comm and $20 for commercial rights = $40 for example.3. I reserve the right of whether or not I post the pieces commissioned from me to my portfolio and/or my social medias.4. You are NOT allowed to remove my watermark from my art for any reason. This includes cropping. If you need a smaller sized version of the image then let me know when we are discussing order details.5. You are NOT allowed to copy, trace, or claim my art as your own for any reason, ever.6. Additional charges will be completely subject to each situation. I am willing to rework parts of an order to a reasonable extent.7. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with the project, then I will work with you to get it to a state where you are happy with it. However, if we cannot get the order to a state you are happy with it, then I will only refund up to 50% of the total cost.8. I will NOT do any NSFW art, so don't even ask! I am not comfortable drawing it, so I will not accept payment to do so.9. I, as the artist, have the right to decline service for any reason I deem necessary. Whether it is because they refuse to agree to my ToS, they are being rude/intolerable, or my commission spots are closed.10. A commission will take me as long as it takes, usually no more than a couple weeks. However, if it takes me longer I will keep you updated frequently.11. I will not start work on your order past the sketch phase until I have gotten 50% of the agreed upon payment up front. You will not receive the finished JPEG/PNG/GIF until I have been paid in full. You'll get watermarked WIPs, as I work.
