My Terms of ServiceNOTE: If you do not agree to my TOS then I will not do any commissions for you.1. Please keep in mind that my art is ever improving. Due to this my art may not always look the same as the examples in my portfolio, thus I ask that you familiarize yourself with my art before commissioning me.2. You must let me know if you're intending to use my art for personal or commercial use.3. I reserve the right of whether I post pieces commissioned from me to my portfolio and/or my social medias or not.4. You are not allowed to remove my watermark from my art for any reason. This includes cropping. If you need a smaller sized version of the image then let me know when filling out my commission form.5. My art is not free to use, nor are you allowed to copy, trace, or claim it as your own for any reason, ever.6. Additional charges will be completely subject to each situation. If you approve the sketch and allow me to progress further on the piece then ask for a revision to be made and additional fee will apply. I will charge an additional 25% of the initial piece price if you request a revision while I am doing the flat coloring. I will charge an additional 50% of the initial piece price if you ask for a revision to be made when I am in the shading stage. If you ask for revisions to be made when I present the sketch then there will be no additional fees, unless you're making major changes like a complex background scene, an additional character, species change, etc, etc.7. All commissions are non-refundable due to the amount of time and work put into each project. If you are not satisfied with the project, then I will work with you to get it to a state where you are happy with it. However I will only do this once for free per person before I will have to start charging additional fees for all the extra time and work spent. Now if we simply cannot get the project to where you're happy with it no matter what I do, then I will refund up to 50% of the project's original price. All additional fees that were charged, as well as the other 50% of the original price, I will be keeping as compensation for all the time and work I put in to the project.8. I will never do any NSFW projects for anyone under the age of 18, and will decline service to anyone who asks for NSFW work but refuses to give proof of age. I am not going to get myself into legal trouble all because minors want to do things they shouldn't. Accepted forms of proof of age are state ID/driver's license. All I need to be able to see is your name, your picture, and your DOB. Everything else can be covered. However I must ask that your ID be help up next to your face and be easily readable when taking the picture to prove your age.9. I reserve the right to decline service to anyone I feel I need to. Whether it is because they refuse to agree to my TOS, they are underage, they are being rude/intolerable, or my commission spots are closed. I as the artist have the right to decline service for any reason I deem necessary. However I will never decline service due to race, gender, religion, political party, or because of any disabilities a person may have.10. A commission will take me as long as it takes, usually no more than a month. However it can sometimes take longer if my carpal tunnel and tendonitis flare up forcing me to take a break. With that said you are not permitted to rush me for any reason whatsoever. You will be given regular status updates on how the piece is going, as well as if I have to take a break from it or not.11. I will not start work on your order until I have gotten 50% of the agreed upon payment up front. You will not receive the finished JPG/PNG until I have been paid in full. Essentially you'll get to see the finished piece, but it will have a massive watermark on it, and will only be a screen shot of the finished piece until I have been paid. Once I have been paid you will receive the finished piece with a much smaller watermark/signature on it.12. Please note that all of my prices are done in USD, as that is my native currency. So if you wish to commission me you will have to tell me what your native currency is, so that I can figure the conversion rates.13. I will only accept payment through paypal, ko-fi, venmo, or cashapp. I will not accept any other form of payment.

Simple backgrounds, like a simple color or two color gradient, are free.
Complex/scenic backgrounds are an additional $5 per piece having one.I can do SFW and NSFW art, but I require proof of age before doing an NSFW art piece. I won't sell NSFW art to anyone under 18 years of age ever! I also send WIPs often, charge half of the payment up front, and the other half when the project is finished. However, I will not do commissions for anyone who tries to cheat or scam me. I also don't do free art for anyone either, so please do not try and beg me for free art.
