My Terms Of Service

NOTE: If you do not agree to my TOS then I will not do any commissions for you.1. Please keep in mind that my art is ever improving. Due to this my art may not always look the same as the examples in my portfolio, thus I ask that you familiarize yourself with my art before commissioning me.2. You must let me know if you're intending to use my art for personal or commercial use. Commercial rights will be 100% of the base cost of the commission, so $20 for comm and $20 for commercial rights = $40.3. I reserve the right of whether or not I post the pieces commissioned from me to my portfolio and/or my social medias.4. You are NOT allowed to remove my watermark from my art for any reason. This includes cropping. If you need a smaller sized version of the image then let me know when filling out my commission form.5. You are NOT allowed to copy, trace, or claim my art as your own for any reason, ever.6. Additional charges will be completely subject to each situation. If you approve the sketch phase and wait till I am in the coloring phase then ask for a revision to be made an additional 25% of the base fee will apply. I will charge an additional 50% of the base price if you ask for a revision to be made when I am in the shading stage. If you ask for revisions to be made when I present the sketch then there will be no additional fees, unless you're making major changes like a complex background scene, an additional character, species change, etc, etc.7. All commissions are non-refundable due to the amount of time and work put into each project. If you are not satisfied with the project, then I will work with you to get it to a state where you are happy with it. However I will only do this once for free per person before I will start charging additional fees for all the extra time and work spent.8. I will NOT do any NSFW art, so don't even ask! I am not comfortable drawing it, so I will not accept payment to do so.9. I, as the artist, have the right to decline service for any reason I deem necessary. Whether it is because they refuse to agree to my ToS, they are being rude/intolerable, or my commission spots are closed.10. A commission will take me as long as it takes, usually no more than a month. However, if it takes me longer I will keep you updated frequently.11. I will not start work on your order until I have gotten at least 50% of the agreed upon payment up front. You will not receive the finished JPG/PNG/GIF until I have been paid in full. You'll get watermarked WIPs, as I work.

Extra Characters are an additional $5 USD each.
Simple backgrounds, like a simple color or two color gradient, are free.
Complex/scenic backgrounds are an additional $5 per piece having one.
